Before returning a TagTile to the provider, please make sure you have tested a duplicate TagTile to determine whether the problem is an incorrect coding sequence rather than a faulty part. Furthermore, you should test the TagTile with another robot by both switching the head and the body. If the robot is an older version, you must update it for it to function with the KUBO Coding++ and the KUBO Coding Math TagTiles.
