How do you update the KUBO Robot?

If you want to update KUBO, you must do it through the My KUBO app. Download the app and open it to update KUBO. Klick connect KUBO in the bottom of the page and the app will search for KUBOs nearby.

  • Make sure that you have the newest version of the MY KUBO app before you connect the robot
  • Check that your Bluetooth and location are switched on. If not, KUBO cannot be updated.
  • If you are trying to connect several robots, start with one robot at a time. Make sure the robot you want to connect is the only active one. Switch all the other robots nearby off by unplugging the head from the body. This way, you know which robot you are updating.

When a KUBO robot is connected to the app, the eyes will turn orange. It will take a few minutes to update KUBO. When it’s finished, KUBO is ready to go and you can close the app.
